Whenever we copied and pasted text from Word to the Guestbook, the result was that certain punctuation marks showed up as upside down question marks. We don't know why, maybe some tech savvy individual can answer why. In any case, NOW YOU HAVE SEEN HOW PARANOID ANN CAN BE!
